1957 Buick Century

I found this 1957 Buick Century sitting in Lascassas, Tennessee. It was sitting beside hwy 96 in front of where the old school used to be. That's where people in the area park cars that they want to sell.

Yes, it was for sale. I can't remember the price but it was under $5000.

It was showing about 50,000 miles and did not look like a full restoration. There was a list of improvements on the window indicating that extensive work had been done, but the paint looked like it might be original.

Centuries came out about 1955, and from the beginning, they were very fast. I thought I remembered that they were all 2-doors, but when I look at how much this 4-door looks like a 2-door, I wonder if the design fooled me.
